With more than a trillion distinct URLs, there is a lot of internet out there. Using bespoke algorithms our software crawls the internet identifying possibly relevant commentary. This is all moderated by humans for relevance and significance. We augment this with a “by eye” deep search of the dark web, including discussion forums using our in depth client “neighbourhood” knowledge. To check for significance we look at context, and measure a website’s influence using a number of different ranking tools. Finally we add a favourability metric. In this way, our clients receive no more and no less than what they need to manage their e-reputation giving us a proven track record of providing bespoke research and reporting weekly, daily, overnight, or within the hour. When matters require immediate attention clients are alerted without delay by email, text or phone.
